Plennegy (Pty) Ltd is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join its seasonal workforce in Edenvale during the company’s peak operational period.

The company is currently building a talent pool for seasonal positions, with appointments expected to take place from September through January. Candidates interested in the opportunity must be available to work during this period and may be contacted as positions become available.

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for loading and offloading cargo from linehaul vehicles. They may also assist with loading and offloading cargo from local vehicles when required.

Other duties will include general housekeeping and keeping the work area clean and organised. Employees may also be required to assist with additional operational duties depending on business and client requirements.

Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of a Grade 12 or Matric qualification. Candidates should be able to work under pressure and communicate effectively in English.

The position requires individuals who can work independently and without constant supervision. Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and must be willing to work overtime when required due to client and operational requirements.

Candidates should be reliable, punctual and demonstrate a high degree of integrity. Applicants are also expected to maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.

Own transport to and from the workplace is required.
