Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
Acknowledge each and every purchaser inside 30 seconds.
Deliver terrific consumer provider to each client following the Birkenstock purchaser carrier procedures.
Establish your customer’s needs and use your technical information to show benefits to meet those needs.
Close the sale & tightly closed add on sales.
Invite your consumer to again & flip them into Birkenstock fans.
Monitor your daily income towards your man or woman price range each and every few hours.
Inventory
Replenish footwear, garb and add-ons from the storeroom daily.
Minimizing shrinkage by using zoning the store, renowned customers, and following the Birkenstock altering room policy.
Ensure stock entries in the POS systems are accurate.
Process deliveries by way of checking quantities, invoices, tagging, placing and pricing product, and recording in the POS System
Process consumer orders.
Daily Operations
Ensure keep housekeeping is maintained daily such as dusting, cleansing mirrors, vacuuming, emptying bins, clearing counter region and tidying alternate rooms.
Assist the manager with open and closing the store.
Training
Education responsibility
Ensure you are allotted a friend in the beginning & that you examine from them.
You must attend quarterly education periods & complete the assessments.
Ensure you acquire monthly feedback from your manager.
Set up monthly assembly with your store supervisor to discuss your development via the Birkenstock rookie pack.
These are indispensable as they will decide your eligible for promotions.
Merchandising
Observe the keep & preserve stock presentation in accordance to the Birkenstock standards.
Ensure sizes are replenished.
Assist the group to change the windows/ Mannequins fortnightly.
Ensure POS substances are saved in the region to avoid damage.
Grade 12 or Equivalent
Min. 6 months clients offerings experience
Birkenstock know-how advantageous
