We are looking for a detail-orientated office administrator to support HR, Payroll, and office operations.
Key Focus Areas:
Reception & Office Management – calls, visitors, supplies, service providers
HR Administration – contracts, leave, UIF/BCEA, disciplinary support
Payroll Processing – timesheets, reconciliations, reporting
PA Support – diary management, meetings, documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Strong HR & payroll experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate +)
Fluent in Afrikaans & English. Any additional local languages will be advantageous.
