Hire Resolve’s Client is currently searching for an experienced Security Technology Specialist to be a part of their mining organization based in Gauteng. You will be responsible for leading protection technology projects, managing safety structures and infrastructure, and using operational excellence thru positive mission delivery, chance management and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead and control safety technology tasks from planning via to implementation and completion.
Oversee the maintenance, optimisation and integration of security systems and technology infrastructure.
Identify, determine and mitigate operational and security dangers through positive chance administration practices.
Monitor, look at and coordinate responses to protection and technology-related incidents.
Manage challenge budgets, procurement activities, contracts and vendor performance to ensure successful undertaking delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives via the implementation of new technologies, automation and gadget enhancements.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety, protection and regulatory requirements.
Build and preserve effective relationships with inner stakeholders, contractors and carrier providers.
Lead, mentor and improve group contributors to promote operational excellence and excessive performance.
Prepare technical, operational and venture reviews for management.
Requirements
Grade 12
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years’ journey in safety science inside the mining industry.
Minimum 3–5 years’ ride in a supervisory or management role.
Proven experience managing science or infrastructure projects, such as budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
Strong understanding of security systems, device integration, community infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.
Experience with hazard management, incident response and protection technology optimisation.
