The Amazon Talent Acquisition Team is searching for formidable graduates / college students to be a part of us as Operations Interns, working in one of our core businesses, Amazon Operations.
Our internships are academic possibilities intended to enable you, our future managers, to find out how we lead and improve our groups of Associates. As an Operations and Logistics Interns, you will examine how our managers successfully engage their teams to realise their full potential, make sure their performance in order to fulfill our customers’ expectations, and inspire a safe and productive surroundings within our giant and complex Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations.
The internship will put you at the coronary heart of our Operations where you will be part of the trip of one of our many customer’s orders.
Location: Johannesburg or Cape Town
Key Responsibilities
You will put your analytical capabilities to the test and roll up your sleeves to complete movements that will make a contribution to enhancing the performance and stage of service that Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations furnish to our customers.
This will include:
Diving deep into data, mapping tactics and problems
Offering and trying out potential solutions and imposing the fine one(s)
Interacting with particularly efficient managers, technological know-how improvement teams, and front-line Associates, questioning greatly about solutions to the most complicated commercial enterprise and operational challenges faced by means of one of the world’s quickest developing operations network

Requirements
A latest graduate Or Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a commencement date of 2027 (Q1)
Fluent written and verbal communication in English
Available to complete a full time 12 month internship full time (40h/week).
