Accounts Intern

This is a full-time on-site role located in Edenvale for an Account Intern. The Account Intern will assist in managing daily financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the account management team. Responsibilities include analysing data, generating reports, assisting with financial records, communicating with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The intern will also collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

· Diploma or Higher in Accounting
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and generate accurate reports
Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients
Understanding of basic Finance principles and processes
Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and provide support
Knowledge or experience in Account Management or related tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Junior Tender Administrator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Tender Administrator located in Edenvale. The Junior Tender Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of tender documents, maintaining tender registers, and ensuring compliance with deadlines. Additionally, they will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, gather necessary documentation, and provide administrative support throughout the tender process.

Qualifications
National Diploma in civil engineering
2+ years in tendering
Experience in administrative support, document management, and data entry
Knowledge of tender processes and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
