HR Consultant (Part-Time | Manufacturing Industry)
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to provide on-site HR administrative and consultation services in a manufacturing factory environment.
Location: Johannesburg
Commitment: Twice a week (± 8 full day consultations per month, on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR functions including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage HR administration (contracts, leave, policies, and compliance).
- Advise management on labour law, workplace compliance, and best HR practices.
- Support in resolving employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure alignment with HR policies and South African labour legislation.
Requirements:
- HR qualification (Diploma/Degree).
- Minimum 3–5 years HR experience (manufacturing/industrial environment an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Labour Relations Act, BCEA, EE, and Skills Development Act.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
