24/7 Security Has A Vacancy For A Firearms Instructor
24/7 Security has a vacancy for a Firearms Instructor with extensive experience within the Security Environment. The position is based at our Head Office at 8 Philo Road, Wynberg, Sandton.
The following criteria will be our basis for selection:
- Grade A PSIRA registered
- Must have completed matric and have a tertiary qualification
- Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience at an advanced level
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written communication)
- Must have excellent report writing skills
- Must have good leadership skills (workplace and operational discipline)
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have basic IR knowledge
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends
- Must have reliable own transport and valid driver’s license
- Advanced level instructor with PFTC
- Basic unit standards
- Business purposes unit standards
- Competency for all firearms
- Range officer
- Tactical unit standards
- Supervise shooting exercises in a tactical environment
- Assessor certificate
- Security industry experience will be an advantage
