Discovery Learnership Programme

The Learnership leads to a nationally recognized FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level four qualification; which consists of structured getting to know elements mixed with practical/workplace ride in the Financial Services industry.

Areas of accountability may also consist of but no longer restricted to: Call Centre: Medical Aid client servicing, claims, new business and health benefits administration

Requirements:

Grade 12 with.
Maths (Minimum Level 4 – 50%)
English (Minimum Level four – 50%)
Maths Literacy (Minimum Level five – 60% )
2nd language (Minimum Level four – 50%)
Not be engaged in post Matric research or formal employment;
Not have executed any preceding Learnership.
Be between the a while of 18 and 25 years;
Have superb conversation capabilities in the written & verbal English language
Possess basic computer competencies frequently MS Excel and MS Outlook
