In need of a motivated Junior Assistant Store Manager to help supervise every facet of the store’s operations.

Minimum prerequisite

is a completed Matric (a postsecondary degree is preferred).
Two or more years of experience working as an assistant manager in a high-turnover, fast-paced setting

Excellent leadership abilities

a track record of exceeding goals and providing outstanding customer service
strong grasp of retail operations

Tasks and Accountabilities

Motivate and lead the group to meet developmental and sales goals.
Assure exceptional client experiences and skillfully respond to criticism.

Oversee daily activities, such as inventory and shop policies.
Examine performance information and offer tactical suggestions.
Work together across teams to meet company goals.
