Description of Duties
As an iMVULA Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the clients’ safety and security. Among your responsibilities are:
regular patrols to keep an eye on the place and make sure security protocols are being followed.
Using surveillance equipment and reacting quickly to any alarms or suspicious activity.
collaborating with members of the team to address security issues and writing thorough incident reports.
assisting in conflict resolution and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirement
Certification in security guard training is preferred.
Experience: An advantage is previous security officer experience.
Certifications for Professionals:
Certification in CPR and first aid as well as fire safety training
Core Competencies and Skills
Competence in a Language: proficient in English
Technical Knowledge: proficient in computer usage (MS Office Suite).
Skills for communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills
Teamwork: ability to work well with others in a team.
Problem-Solving: proactive in dealing with security problems.
Attention to Specifics: devoted to reporting and monitoring.
