Job opportunity – Customer Support and invoicing.
Company based in Linbro Business Park, has a position available for a Customer support and invoicing candidate.

Key functions of this position

· Customer liaison

· Taking in and placing orders

· Invoicing orders

· Assisting with customer queries and complaints

· Be able to deal with difficult clients

· Should be able to work on pastel

· Fluent in English

Requirements

· Strong personality

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be able to effectively assist difficult customers

· Computer literacy is a must

· Must be able to work well in a team, as well as perform well individually

· Must have own reliable transport and valid driver’s license

· Own cellphone

· Must be able to start immediately

Additional information

· Would be required to work 5 days a week from 7am – 5 pm

· Must be able to work weekends if required
