Hire All – an established Plant Hire company that supplies construction equipment to the construction industry – is currently seeking to employ an experienced Administrative Assistant, who will be based at our Head Office in Lanseria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant to the Executive Team
- Sales
- Administration
- Completing of tenders
- Any Ad hoc duties given by managers
Key Requirements:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant.
- Experience being a Personal Assistant will be advantageous
- Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Excellent in English – written & spoken.
- Attention to details
- Computer Literature in everything Microsoft
- Deadline driven
- Must have good customer care and communication skills
- Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed
