General Office Admin

Objectives of this Role

· Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages

· Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail

· Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors

· Provide general information to staff, clients, or the public

· Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents

· Collect information and perform data entry Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities

·Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials.

· Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals, track performance, and report metrics.

· Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFQ requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources

· Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and select deals in line with strategies.

· Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.

· Daily adherence to cold calling deadlines with operation reports

Requirements

· Matric

· Computer Literacy

· Clear criminal record

· Working Weekends highly recommended when there is a need

· MIE knowledge will be an added advantage

· Salary will be based on experience and market related.
