Office Assistant needed urgently
Primary Responsibility includes and is not limited to:
Providing support to our senior staff, assisting with daily office requirements and managing the company’s general administrative activities.
2 years’ experience in general admin duties
Word (basic is acceptable but advanced would be desirable)
Excel ((basic is acceptable but advanced would be extremely desirable)
PowerPoint ((basic is acceptable but advanced would be desirable)
Outlook (all functionalities)
Data capturing
Excellent Telephone Etiquette
Maintain a filing system
Attention to detail
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
