Key Responsibilities
Canvassing and checklist new stock; constructing relationships with householders whilst retaining database.
Must be capable to use their know-how of the place and property knowledge when touring a client.
Arrange and attend weekly Show Days
Must be goal and be capable to practice sound grasp of concepts when evaluating a property.
Must be capable to collect a advertising and marketing graph for every property.
Attend weekly income meetings.
Must be capable to signify the customer (seller) in a expert and efficient manner.
Must be in a position to negotiate on behalf of the client.
Monitoring lead inboxes and replying to incoming leads in an environment friendly manner.
Maintaining relationships with conveyancers, bond originators and different actual property agents.
