Invitation for Admin Officer Position
Selemahae Holdings (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Admin Officer to render specialised social facilitation services for human settlement development projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in a related office management degree or diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator/Assistant.
- All professional Registrations must be in good standing during the period of tender evaluation.
- Ability to submit CV/resume with at least two contactable references and certified copies of qualifications (certification should not exceed three months).
- SAQA accreditation required for all foreign qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for human settlement development projects.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
