Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and computer-literate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys and staff, managing the front desk, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients.
Requirements:
- Currently studying law through correspondence (preferable)
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, and basic software applications)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Responsibilities: - Manage the front desk and reception area
- Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as required
