Hire All – an established Plant Hire company that supplies construction equipment to the construction industry – is currently seeking to employ an experienced Administrative Assistant, who will be based at our Head Office in Lanseria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistant to the Executive Team
  • Sales
  • Administration
  • Completing of tenders
  • Any Ad hoc duties given by managers

Key Requirements:

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Experience being a Personal Assistant will be advantageous
  • Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  • Excellent in English – written & spoken.
  • Attention to details
  • Computer Literature in everything Microsoft
  • Deadline driven
  • Must have good customer care and communication skills
  • Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed
