Primary Responsibility includes and is not limited to:
 Providing support to our senior staff, assisting with daily office requirements and managing the company’s general administrative activities.
 2 years’ experience in general admin duties
 Word (basic is acceptable but advanced would be desirable)
 Excel ((basic is acceptable but advanced would be extremely desirable)
 PowerPoint ((basic is acceptable but advanced would be desirable)
 Outlook (all functionalities)
 Data capturing
 Excellent Telephone Etiquette
 Maintain a filing system
 Attention to detail
 Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
